Returns:
Please do not send items in without prior approval.
NO CASH REFUNDS! In the unlikely event of a refund being offered, it will be in the form of a store credit/gift card to Munjo Munjo. However, if you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us directly! If approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you receive something different than what you ordered, please contact us and we'll coordinate to make it right.
We offer exchanges for Munjo Munjo apparel only, within 30 days of purchase, if the item is still unworn and in brand new condition (no stains, smells, or other signs of wear.) If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t honor an exchange or credits.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned (for example: air fresheners, hot sauce, etc) - if you are unsure of your product's eligibility, just ask before checking out.
All items are produced in limited quantities. We will exchange an item when possible, but we may not always have the same version of the item you purchased. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return any items (unless you received the wrong item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Tracking/delivery confirmation/insurance for returned items is the responsibility of the sender.
